Oh, this world and the heartbreaking chaos of it all. Reading how these works can be of comfort and of help steadies my hands on the keyboard and keeps me rooted into the surrender to compassion. Thank you, Swarna.

Loved this. It's so true that our emotions can feel overwhelming and out of control at times, but it's important to remember that we have the power to harness them for good. Keep up the great work!

This is another thought-provoking article. I like the notion of finding balance (in all things).

Thank you, Meta. Indeed, balance or walking the razor's edge.

being in relationship is so difficult. finding love and relationship with other than human can be a great gateway into the navigation of working with each other. trusting can be so elusive without the actual experiences and yet how do you experience without trust?

Thank you, Natasha, for your comments. It is so true about non-human relationships being a gateway to approaching human relationships. Just being in the forest, surrounded by trees, reflects to our hearts our deeper nature, which in my experience helps to trust oneself and eventually reach out to others.

I recently made a video about how haters are just lovers who lost their way. Souls who have been conditioned by society to limit their imagination for what’s possible for them. Whenever I come across someone who seems negative towards me instead of asking “what’s wrong with you?” I think “what happened to you?”. Most people talk from their level of consciousness which is influenced by the trauma they have experienced which has minimised their possibilities of what they think is possible for them. To those who are not kind of supportive I send them love and compassion for healing ❤️🙏🏽

How wonderfully stated, Vipul! Your approach with those questions is a great active practice I'm going to begin. It's also good to apply to oneself. I consider how we humans tend to have negative self-talk and these phrases would be so healing to apply to oneself as well as others.

Is your video public?

Thank you, David. I wrote this before I read your AI piece, and to me this idea of reason and emotion is an important piece of both developing AI and humans using AI. (Obviously I'm still pondering your article:) )

Thank you, Thomas. And thank you for being here.

I use a Samson mic. On the the mic itself it says Q2U and USB. (I'm not tech savvy so thought that may help) If I find the box I'll share anything else useful. It's not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I did purchase a sound filter through Brusfri which changed the game of recording for me. Hope that helps because it's difficult to wear all the hats and figure everything out when doing it all on our own!

Thank you very much Renee. Just found the mic online and a filter. You inspired me to also begin reading my blog posts aloud to give people both options. That’s such a great idea. Thank you for that. I’m looking forward to read and listen to your other content. You have a beautiful, calm and soothing voice. May you be well and happy🙏🏾

You are very welcome and thank you for the kind words.

The filter I have is actually an app to get rid of electronic noise.

I'm so happy you are going to record too! I look forward to listening.
