BEAUTIFUL- -“Your creative ripples go far beyond what you can perceive. Be proud and confident that you and your creations matter.” I love that phrase. This whole meditation would be valuable to listen to every day. It takes you out of the world of negativity to a place for a brief time that has none, but is the essence of what we all look for. The music, the photo and the meditation seem to transport you to such a peaceful place. It takes practice to stay and feel for the a few minutes- even though it is a wonderful sensation. odd

Getting lost and bringing myself back is the majority of my meditative journey. Which translates very easily off the cushion as well.
