Hello Compass-holders,

I hope you are well within the swirls, dips, confusions, difficulties, and joys of these days we share. This meditation was created upon request. I hope it helps ease any anxiety you may have with sleep time. You can use it as an usher into sleep, or listen as a 15 minute break in the middle of the day to restore your energies.
